PurePro application supports API integration i.e. users can use API (Application Programming Interface) to perform various operations in the application.
API make it possible to perform actions without the need of manually interacting with the User Interface (UI).
In order to make efficient use of API(s), users will need to configure this in the application, following these steps: -
Navigate to Account → API Tokens
Create a new API Token
Provide relevant details
Select required accounts and user roles (permissions)
Save the API key

Users can now use this API key (token) to access data and perform actions in the PurePro application by sending relevant requests via Public API(s).
To view and copy the API key (token), simply navigate or click on the required API Token and copy the API Key (token).

API Key (token) is only visible for 1 day post creation. To find out the key (token) after this period, kindly contact the PurePro Support Team.
User roles define the parameters for actions that can be performed through APIs. The API key (token) functions as a user that interacts with the Public API, typically through platforms such as "Postman."
Users can configure and connect Postman using the API token to access a specific Account and Business Unit in PurePro. A PublicURL is required to connect Postman to PurePro. For further information on how to configure Postman to PurePro and/or information on PublicURL, kindly contact the PurePro Support Team.
