Audit Report

The Audit Report page serves as a centralised interface for reviewing the complete audit trail of critical operations within the payroll system. It captures and displays detailed logs of create, update, and delete actions performed on core entities including workers, customers, payments, and deductions. The audit trail encompasses changes initiated through multiple channels, including the web application, bulk data imports, and external API integrations. Each record includes metadata such as the timestamp of the action, the user or system responsible, and the nature of the modification, thereby ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance with audit requirements.
Allows users to check who created, updated or deleted data in an account.
Users can generate Audit Report, based on various filters as required.
Available Filters are: -
Audit Type: - Users can filter report for specific audit type, including "Created", "Updated" and "Deleted".
From Date:- Users can filter report for a specific date to see all changes made from a date.
To Date: - Users can filter report for a specific date to see all changes made to a date.
User Name:- Users can filter report for changes made by specific user.
Worker: - Users can filter report for a specific worker.
Supplier: Users can filter report for a specific supplier.
Customer: - Users can filter report for a specific customer.
Placement: - Users can filter report for a specific placement.
Rate: - Users can filter report for a specific rate.
Related Data:- Users can filter report for any related data when combined with one of the other filters.
By Value: - Users can filter report for a specific value from one of the related entities like worker, supplier, customer and placement.
"Related Data" filter is only available when "Worker", "Supplier", "Customer", or "Placement" filter is selected.
To view the audit trail for payments and deductions, users can use the "Rate" filter by entering the relevant rate code. This generates a report specific to the selected payment or deduction type. Alternatively, users can generate a report for a specific worker or supplier, using respective filters, which will include the audit trail of all payments and deductions associated with that individual or entity.
Users can use both "Worker" and "Rate" filters to generate the audit report for specific payments or deductions processed against the worker or supplier.
The following table shows the various elements and how they are audited in the application.
