Custom Backing Data
Users might need to provide supplementary information along with the timesheet that is not available in the system. Users can define their own backing data and provide this required information on the timesheet. Custom backing data work just like the system defined backing data and provide the flexibility to define custom parameters.
PurePro application, supports following types of custom backing data: -
Text
Whole Number
Decimal
Yes or No
Date
Time
Date and Time
Choice
JSON
Users can create multiple custom backing data of same and/or different types and assign them to the same and/or multiple billing schemes.
Following information can be provided when creating a custom backing data: -

Description: - Custom Backing Data description.
Setting Type: - Custom Description type.
Validation Regex:- A validation regex to be used against the custom backing data
Validation Error Message:- An error message to be displayed if provided information does not meet the validation regex.
