Data Import allows users to efficiently import essential data, including workers, customers, timesheets, rates, payments, deductions, holidays, and more. However, if any error had been encountered during the import process, the importer will display a message "Import completed with error". users can view the error by clicking on this message.

To minimize the risk of importing incorrect data, PurePro Solution’s data import pre-processor analyses each file before the import process starts, using system-wide validations to identify any errors that could cause the import to fail.
Validate Incorrect placement or timesheet references specified
Validate the Incorrect number of rows in each file
Validate placements and timesheets for workers that have left and should not import
Validate if the worker has accrued some holidays or not
Validate if the worker has passed the LEL requirements for STAT payments
Validate if the worker has left when importing timesheets or placements
Missing backing data if enabled in billing scheme.
In case, where an import file, fails validation, the data pre-processor will raise an error and will not import the file, until the errors have been rectified.
