Holiday on Payslip

PurePro supports the display and output of holiday information on payslips in accordance with organisational requirements. Payroll Managers can configure and manage how holiday information is presented, ensuring payslip outputs align with internal policies and compliance requirements.
Holiday on Payslips are only applicable to PAYE workers

Setup

To setup output of holiday information on payslips, follow these steps -
    Navigate to Configuration → Output Holiday on Payslip
    Enable Configuration as required
    Click on "Update" to save the changes
Users can select the following configurations -
    None - No holiday information is displayed on the payslip
    Holiday Year End Date - Only display the "Holiday Year End Date" on the payslip i.e. worker's holiday anniversary date or holiday year end date
    Holiday Balance - Only display worker's "Available Holiday Units" and "Available Holiday Pay" on the payslip
    Both - Display both worker's "Holiday Year End Date" and "Holiday Balance" on the payslip
Worker's Holiday Information depends on the Holiday Scheme setup. For further information, please refer to  ⚙️Holiday Scheme  guide.

Payslip Output

To view holiday information on payslip, follow these steps -
    Worker paid in current period and accrued holidays
    Navigate to Payroll → Payslips
    View the required payslip
    Holiday information is displayed under the header "Holiday Pay"
Holiday information displayed on the payslip is also reflected in the corresponding PDF and email outputs, ensuring consistency across all employee communications.
