To maximize the benefits of the PurePro system, there are several essential prerequisites. This guide will walk you through the initial setup process needed to effectively configure and launch your payroll system.

Setting Up an User

The initial step to setting up your payroll system is adding user(s) in the PurePro application. The Users will be able to access the data in the application and perform applications as per their respective roles and permissions.
To create an user, please follow these steps: -
    Navigate to Account → Users
    Create New
    Add relevant details as required
    Save

After adding a user, login to the PurePro application to finish setting up your payroll system.
Users have the option to streamline the logging process via SSO (Single Sign On), please refer to  🚪Single Sign On  guide to setup SSO.
By default, any non SSO users will require to use 2 Factor Authentication. To setup 2 Factor Authentication (2FA), please refer to  2FA Setup Guide .

Setting Up an Account

The next step in setting up your payroll system is to create an account within the PurePro application. An active account allows you to efficiently manage workers, customers, placements, timesheets, and other essential payroll functions. All payroll activities are conducted within the scope of your account.
To create an account, please follow these steps:
    Navigate to Account → Setup
    Create New
    Add relevant details as required
    Save
Once your account is created, you are ready to add workers, customers, timesheets, and other necessary data to begin processing your payroll.
