With a step towards enhanced security, the PurePro application has implemented a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) process for users logging into the application.
The 2FA only applies to users without SSO (Single Sing-On) enabled. These users may be internal or external to the organisation.
The 2FA process is mandatory and cannot be disabled (where applicable).
The 2FA is enabled by default and requires no further setup by account admins. A code is sent to the user’s registered email address and is used to verify the login.
Users are allowed to successfully login the application, once the login credentials and the 2FA code have been verified.

The 2FA screen is displayed after the user enters a valid login id and password.
The 2FA code is is unique for each login session and cannot be reused for logging into PurePro application.
