Perm Placements

PurePro allows users to create and manage permanent placement records for workers. This functionality tracks permanent employment placements and automatically processes an invoice for the customer associated with each placement
By streamlining the creation of permanent worker records and invoicing, perm placements ensures accurate tracking of placements and simplifies billing for permanent staff assignments.

Adding Perm Placements

To create Perm Placements, follow these steps: -
    Enable Perm Placements in the  Configuration .
    Navigate to Workforce → Perm Placement
    Create New
    Select a customer
    Add relevant data
    Click Save
Click on "Save & Add" to add another placement record subsequently otherwise "Save" to add information to newly created placement record.

Adding Rates to Perm Placements

After creating the Perm Placements, users can add rates to the placement to process an invoice.
To add rates to Perm placement, follow these Steps: -
    Navigate to Workforce → Perm Placement
    Edit the required Perm Placement
    Click on "Add Row" under "Rates" section in the "Details" tab
    Add relevant details
    Click "Save"
Perm Placements process invoice against the customer. For further information, please refer to our  Invoices  guide.
Users can add backing data to Perm placements, if enabled in customer billing scheme. For further information, please refer to our  Backing Data  guide.
Perm Placements records where associated invoices have been marked as "Confirmed" or "Sent" cannot be removed/deleted.
