Pension Provider

PurePro allows users to configure different Pension Providers in the system, as per the requirements; Configured pension providers can then be linked to pension schemes to ensure accurate pension calculations, contributions, and reporting during payroll processing.
PurePro supports seamless integration with the configured Pension Providers for effective data communication between the PurePro payroll and the Pension Provider. Users have the option to configure the integration via "API" or through offline "Files".
Currently, PurePro supports integration with following Pension Providers -
    Default Provider
    NEST Pension
    NOW Pension

Setup

Users are required to configure pension providers before assigning them to pension schemes.
To configure a pension provider, follow these steps:
    Navigate to Admin → Pension Provider
    Users can edit default pension providers by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the provider under "Action" or create a new one by clicking on "Create New"
    Add details as required
    Select "API" under "Export Type" to Integrate with the Pension provider via API or select "File" to integrate via an offline "File" (which can then be uploaded manually to the pension provider for further processing).
    Click "Save" or "Update" to save the changes.
API Integration is only supported for NEST Pension Providers Only
