PurePro allows employers to manage and process deductions against "Third Parties" where applicable. These deductions include court orders, council tax, etc. It provides an efficient way to add automatic deductions, track repayments and manage reporting.
To process any such deductions, users are required to setup Third Party against which the deduction will be processed,
Adding Third Party
To add a Third Party, follow these steps: -
Navigate to Admin → Third Parties
Click on "Create New"
Add relevant details, as required
Click Save

Users can process Attachment of Earnings deductions linked to "Third Parties" against PAYE workers.
Users can also generate the Third Party BACS linked to all the attachment of earning orders processed in a tax month.
Third Party Letters
To view letters associated with Third Party Payments, follow these steps: -
Navigate to Configuration → Payroll Setup → Enable Third Party Letters Configuration
Process Third Party Payments for workers
Close the "Third Party Payment" task in the Control Centre
Navigate to Setup
Edit the required account by clicking on the "View" button against account under "Action"
Navigate to "Third Party Letters" tab to view the associated letters.

Third Party Letters are stored as per the period they are processed in.
