A PurePro account can only be connected to only 1 Xero Organisation at a time.
Xero integration Framework
Before sending data from PurePro to Xero, users must ensure that the nominal codes to be used exist in both platforms and have been configured accordingly. "Nominal Codes" are denoted as "Accounts" in Xero. The VAT treatment, along with the flow of information is driven by the configuration of these "Accounts" and "Nominal Codes". Users are required to configure the "Rate" in PurePro with the appropriate matching "Nominal Code" from Xero.
Xero Integration follow certain rules, that need to be taken into consideration when sending data between 2 platforms, these are: -
Xero Account Configuration
PurePro Rate Type
PurePro Nominal Code
Account Code = 320
Account Type = Direct Costs
Tax = No VAT
Rate Category = Expenses
Sub-Category = Other Expenses

Bill VAT Rate = V0

Account Type = Revenue

Rate Category = Timesheet

If Xero "Account" to be used is of type "Expense", then PurePro "Rate" needs to be setup as type "Expense". If Xero "Account" to be used if of type "Revenue", the PurePro "Rate" needs to be configured as type "Timesheet".
PurePro "Nominal Code" needs to match the Xero "Account Code" and should be of type "Sales Ledger", when integrating invoices between PurePro and Xero.
