Product Enhancements
Nest Pension Integration
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports API integration with NEST Pensions. Users can configure pension schemes to connect securely with the NEST Pension portal, enabling the automated exchange of relevant pension information between PurePro and NEST via API. For further details, please refer to the 🪪Pension Provider and 🗄️Pension Scheme user guides, as applicable.
Payroll Journal Summary
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now offers a simplified and enhanced view of the Payroll Journal report. The new default view provides a concise summary of the current payroll period, delivering a clear and accurate snapshot of payroll information. Users can apply the available filters to tailor the report according to their needs. For a more detailed Payroll Summary view, users can select “Detail” under the Payroll Summary “Report Type” to access the previous version of the Payroll Journal report.
Worker Portal - Documents
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports access to worker-related documents directly through the Worker Portal. Users can view and download system-generated documents, including P45s, P60s, and Pension Letters, all from within the portal.
Worker Portal - Holidays
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now provides a concise summary of workers’ holiday accrual information directly through the Worker Portal. Users can view both accrued and taken holiday details within the portal.
Holiday Pay is disabled by default on the Worker Portal. To request access to this feature, please contact PurePro Support .
Performance Optimisations
List view Performance Enhancements
Performance improvements have been introduced to optimise PurePro list views, enabling more efficient data handling, faster and more accurate search functionality, and smoother navigation between pages, while also reducing page load times. These improvements are available on the Suppliers, Workers, Placements, Timesheets, and Payslips/Remittances pages.
