Suppliers

PurePro supports, Agency & Umbrella workers. these workers are linked to suppliers who will provide workers to the organisation. PurePro enables users to add, update, and track supplier details, which are essential for creating supplied workers within the system. By linking supplier data to worker assignments, it ensures smooth coordination and management of external workers, streamlining the process of integrating temporary or contract staff into the payroll system. This functionality helps ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient management of third-party labour resources.
To Create a Supplier, follow these steps:
    Navigate to Workforce → Suppliers
    Click on "Create New"
    Add relevant details
    Click "Save"
Users can select the engagement type of workers linked to a supplier under "Supplied Worker Engagement" under "Business Info"
Only 1 engagement type can be selected per supplier.
PurePro application supports different types of supplier invoices to meet customer requirements, to know more, refer to our  📕Supplier Payments⁠  guide.
To create a supplied worker linked to a supplier, please refer to our  ✍️Workers ⁠ guide.
Payments processed against supplied workers are processed as remittances against the linked suppliers.
After creating a supplier record, users can view associated data from the supplier record. Simply navigate to the supplier record to vie this information under following tabs:
    Links: Users can view associated placements, timesheets and remittances.
    Invoices: Users can view associated supplier invoices.
    Workers: Users can view associated workers linked to this supplier.
PurePro application allows holiday accruals for supplied workers (agency & umbrella). For further information on enabling holiday accruals and assigning holiday schemes to supplied workers, please refer to our  Holiday Scheme⁠  guide.
