Invoice Attachments

Invoice Attachments

PurePro provides a streamlined approach to document management by enabling users to upload supporting documents directly to invoices. This functionality allows important materials, such as scanned timesheets and other relevant documentation, to be attached at the invoice level

Configuration

Invoice Attachments are billing scheme driven; To enable uploading the documents on the invoice, follow these steps -
Navigate to Admin → Billing Scheme
Edit the required Billing Scheme by clicking on the "Edit" button under "Actions"
Under "Attachment Types" add the relevant attachments to be uploaded to the invoice
Enable "Send with Email" if you wish to send the uploaded attachments with the invoice via email.
    Click "Update"
Users can still upload "Scanned Timesheets" and "Expense Receipts" to individual timesheets as well as the Invoice itself.

Uploading Attachments to the Invoice

Generate an Invoice via  Timesheet  Or create a  Manual  Invoice
    Navigate to Billing → Invoices

    Upload the required Attachments
Users can delete or download the uploaded attachments.
PurePro currently supports .xls and .pdf files as invoice attachments.
Attachments can only be uploaded to Proforma Invoices
List of uploaded documents is visible under the "Attachments" tab in the invoice. This list of uploaded attachments is also added to the PDF version of the invoice.
If "Send with Email" is enabled, any attachments uploaded to the invoice are sent via the email upon closing the "Send Invoices" task from the  💼Control Centre .
