PurePro supports the transfer of a worker’s existing holiday entitlement when they are added to the PurePro payroll. Users can record a Holiday Initial Balance to carry forward accrued holiday information, ensuring continuity and accurate holiday tracking within PurePro.
Setup
Please ensure the Holiday Initial Balance is only added for workers who have not yet accrued any holiday in PurePro.
The Holiday Initial Balance will override a worker’s existing holiday accrual data and should therefore be used with caution.
To add "Holiday Initial Balance", please follow these steps: -
Navigate to Workforce → Workers
Edit the relevant worker by clicking on "Edit" under "Action"
Navigate to "Holiday" tab
Click on "Manage Holiday" followed by "Initial Balance"
Add required information
Click "Save" to save the keyed information

Total holiday units taken in the holiday year

Users will need to expand "Holiday Totals" to view this information. Please click on "Total Pay" value to expand this table
Units Accrued This Holiday Year
Holiday units accrued in the holiday year
"Accrued" under "Holiday Totals"
Rolling Total Units This Holiday Year
Rolling Total units for the pay rate calculation
"Hours Worked for Accrual" under "Holiday Accruals" and
"Rolling Total Hours" under "Pay Rate Calculation"
Total Pay This Holiday Year
