October 2025 - Release Notes
This release note outlines key enhancements and updates introduced in the latest annual software upgrade for the PurePro application.
In line with our commitment to continuous improvement and adaptation to legislative changes, the upcoming update to PurePro will include a range of enhancements designed to address existing issues, resolve bugs, and deliver improved performance and optimization.
This document provides a high-level overview of the significant statutory changes and key updates introduced, ensuring that your experience with the application remains efficient, compliant, and up to date.
Product Enhancements
Worker Portal
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now offers a Worker Portal, which allows employees/workers to access their payslips and remittances from an online portal. Worker Portal is a secure way for employees to view and download their payslips and/or remittances. Please contact PurePro Support if you wish to implement the Worker Portal.
9537 - Revolut BACS Output
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports integration with Revolut BACS output. Users can now generate BACS from PurePro in Revolut supported format. The generated file can be used to communicate with the Revolut BACS interface to process payments for the period. To configure select "Revolut" under {Account → Configuration → Integration}
9443 - Xero Journals
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports integration with Xero. Users can now send payroll costs from PurePro to Xero as Manual Journals. Users can connect their PurePro account to their Xero organisation and sync data between the two platforms. For more information, please refer to our 🔌Xero-Integration guide.
9444 - Xero Invoices
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports integration with Xero. Users can now send invoices from PurePro to Xero as invoices. Users can connect their PurePro account to their Xero organisation and sync data between the two platforms. For more information, please refer to our 🔌Xero-Integration guide.
9631 – Holiday Round Up
New Feature
New Feature PurePro now supports holiday rounding based on workers’ holiday accruals. The available units for holiday payment are rounded up to nearest decimal if accrued units are greater than 0.5 decimal value. Users have the option to configure holiday rounding as per their preference. Please refer to #️⃣Holiday Rounding guide for further information
9641 – Holiday Report Enhancement
Improvements made to Holiday Report to find accurate records more efficiently and effectively. Enhancements have been made to report filters which now allow users to filter holiday report based on “Rate” filter without selecting a holiday scheme to reduce turnaround time.
9644 - HMRC Inbox Enhancements
Enhancements have been made to HMRC Inbox page to streamline form management and ensure accurate application of records. Forms linked to workers marked as “Left” are now automatically marked as “Ignored” and can be accessed via the “Ignored” filter. Additionally, forms with National Insurance Number mismatches between the form details and the corresponding worker record are excluded from the “Matched” filter and the “Apply All” function; these can be manually reviewed and applied using the “NI Mismatch” filter to ensure accuracy.
9537 - NatWest Bankline BACS Output Enhancement
As part of this solution, enhancements has been made to NatWest Bankline BACS output to handle data with commas. The Worker Name, 3rd Party Name and Worker's Bank payment Reference will now support commas; these fields will now be added to a single column (where applicable) as opposed to being broken down into different columns in the BACS output earlier.
Performance Optimisations
9650 – Pension Report Enhancement
Performance Improvements have been made to pension report which would time out on returning data for a larger dataset. Users will now experience improved speeds when using pension reports.
9776 - P32 Annual Report Enhancement
Performance improvements have been made to P32 Annual Report which would result in slowdown for a larger dataset. Users will now experience improved speeds and user experience when using P32 Reports.
API Improvements
9684 – Supplier Update API Enhancements
Performance improvements have been made to “Supplier Update” API request which would timeout when updating supplier record linked to many supplied workers. This change addresses these timeouts and improves the “Supplier Update” request completion times.
9724 – Batch Timesheet Delete by Period
New Feature
New Feature A new Endpoint has been added to allow users to delete batch timesheets per period.
