PurePro supports Worker Portal, which allows employees/workers to access their payslips and remittances from an online portal. Worker Portal is a secure way for employees to view and download their payslips and/or remittances in addition to sending the payslips and remittances via email or processing them through as PDFs.
Access to the Worker Portal is limited and may not be available to all clients. To request activation for your organisation, kindly contact PurePro Support."
Configuration
To enable worker portal for an account in PurePro, please follow these steps:-
Navigate to Account → Configuration
Enable "Enable Worker Portal" under "System"

After enabling the worker portal configuration, payroll admins can enable worker portal for individual workers
Worker Portal is available for PAYE, IR35 Contractors and Non IR35 Contractors who have been paid in PurePro. Worker Portal is not available for Supplied workers.
To enable worker portal for an individual worker, please follow these steps:-
Navigate to Workforce → Workers
Edit the required worker by clicking on the "Edit" button on the right side of the worker under "Action"
Enable "Portal Access" under "Details"

A "Portal Access" setup email will be sent to the workers registered email for them to setup their "Portal Access" credentials.
Alternatively, When "Worker Portal" is enabled in the configuration, the PurePro system will automatically activate "Portal Access" for eligible any worker processed in current period. This will automatically send the "Portal Access" or "New Account" setup email to the eligible workers.
A valid worker email is required to enable worker portal access. The option will not be visible if the worker doesn't have a valid email address.
Users can reset their passwords via the PurePro login screen which will send a "Password Reset" email to the user's registered email.
Payroll admins can override a user's password by adding the new password under user details {Admin → Users}. Payroll admins also have the option to update worker's registered email by updating the user under {Admin → Users}; This will send an "Email Confirmation" email to the user's updated email address.
Updating the email under worker details will update the user's registered email to access "Worker Portal"; A confirmation email will be sent to the updated email to setup the worker portal access.
Portal Access Setup
After enabling the "Portal Access", eligible workers will receive worker portal access setup email, which will take the users through the process to setup their portal access credentials.
To setup portal access, follow these steps:-
Click on the link from the "Portal Access Setup" email.
The link will open a browser window to the PurePro user setup wizard
Please enter the required password and click "Reset Password"
Please check junk/spam/promotion folders if you have not received the portal setup email.
Employees can then access PurePro with their credentials to view and download payslips and/or remittances.

2FA is enabled by default for worker portal access and cannot be disabled. For further information, please refer to our 🔒2FA Guide.
Accessing Payslips
To Access Payslips via worker portal, please follow these steps: -
Click on "View Details" to view a payslip or remittance
Click on "Download" to download a payslip or remittance

Payslips are only available in the Worker Portal after closing the "Send Payslips" and/or "Send Remittances" task from the control centre.
