AVC Deduction

PurePro supports employers to process AVC (Additional Value Contribution) deductions against PAYE workers. AVC is the extra pension contributions that employees can choose to make in addition to their standard pension scheme contributions. AVCs are typically offered as part of a workplace pension plan, allowing employees to boost their retirement savings.

Adding AVC Deductions

To add an AVC deduction, follow these steps:
    Navigate to Payroll → Deduction
    Click on "Create New"
    Select a worker
    Select "AVC Pension" under "Rate"
    Click "Add Row" under "Transactions"
    Add relevant details, as required
    Click "Save"
Users can process backdated deduction by selecting a previous period under "Transactions".
AVS is deducted from employee's pay when applicable
Users can create recurring AVC deduction against workers at a fixed rate for a fixed period of time using the "Recurring" option when creating an AVC deduction.
Workers are required to be enrolled or opted in a pension scheme to process AVC deductions.
