Deductions

PurePro allows you to manage and track all employee deductions ensuring ensure accurate calculation and processing of deductions for each pay cycle.
PurePro supports following deductions: -
    PAYE Deductions
    Student Loans
    Employee NI
    Employer NI
    Post Graduate Loans
    Other Deductions
    CIS Deductions
    EE & ER Pension Adjustments
    Attachment of Earnings
    SIPS Deductions and many more

Adding a Deduction

To add a deduction, follow these steps:
    Navigate to Payroll → Deductions
    Click on "Create New"
    Select a worker
    Select a deduction type under "Rate"
    Click on "ADD Row" under "Transactions" to add deduction amounts (where applicable)
    Add relevant details, as required
    Click "Save"
Certain deductions apply to specific type of employees and may not be available for non eligible employee types.
Deductions can be processed for student loan repayments. For further information, please refer to our  🎓Student & Postgraduate Deduction  guide.
Payroll Managers can also process Third Party deductions, e.g. council tax, court orders, etc. For further information, please refer to our  🎟️Attachment of Earnings Orders  guide.
To process  AVC  and  Pre Tax  deductions, please refer to respective guides.
At PurePro we understand, payroll managers may sometimes want to manually adjust or override certain deductions to maintain accuracy and efficiently process payroll. To achieve this PurePro supports  🔧Adjustments and Overrides , which allow payroll managers to adjust employee's deductions as required.
