HMRC Outbox
PurePro allows users to view and download documents that have been sent to HMRC as part of the payroll process. This includes essential filings such as the Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Submission (EPS). HMRC Outbox provides easy access to these submissions, helping users track and manage their HMRC communications, ensuring compliance with tax and payroll regulations.
PurePro currently supports, following documents to be tracked as part of HMRC Notification:-
Users are required to add "Real Time Information (RTI) User Settings" to communicate with HMRC. For further information, please refer to 🗝️RTI User Settings guide
Accessing HMRC Outbox
To access and view various documents sent via HMRC, follow these steps: -
Submit a submission e.g. FPS, EPS, etc
Navigate to Payroll → HMRC Outbox
View the submission details by clicking on "Details" button against the submission record under "Action"
Download the submission by clicking on "Download" button against the submission record under "Action"
