Pension Schemes

PurePro allows you to easily manage and create pension schemes for your employees. Users can configure the contribution rates, postponement periods and other details, as required.
PurePro provides an efficient way to add and track automatic deductions and manage reporting.
Pension Schemes apply to PAYE workers Only

Setup

Users are required to setup a "Pension Provider" before configuring a "Pension Scheme". For further information, please refer to our  🪪Pension Provider  guide.
To configure a pension scheme, follow these steps:
    Navigate to Admin → Pension Schemes
    Users can edit default pension schemes by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the scheme under "Action" or create a new one by clicking on "Create New"
    Select a provider under "Pension Provider"
    Add relevant details as required
    Click "Save"
Currently, PurePro supports, following pension scheme types:
    DS Pensions
    Nest Pensions
    Now Pensions
Payroll Mangers have the option to "Send Pension Letters" to the workers e.g. auto enrolment letter, etc. This can be configured in the pension scheme and can be sent via available options or follow the same document delivery method set in worker record.
These Pension Scheme options are optional when using a pension Provider with "File" "Export Type".
