FPS Report
PurePro provides a consolidated view of all the information submitted in a Full Payment Submission (FPS) to HMRC. This page displays a summary of payroll data, including employee earnings, tax deductions, and National Insurance contributions, ensuring users can easily review the details sent to HMRC. It helps maintain transparency and accuracy in payroll reporting, allowing users to track and verify the information included in their FPS submissions.
Viewing FPS Report
Users are required to submit an FPS (Full Payment Submission) to be able to generate FPS Report.
To generate FPS report, follow these steps: -
Navigate to HMRC Outbox
Find the FPS submission to generate FPS report for
Click on "FPS Totals" against the FPS submission under "Actions"
Click on "Download FPS Report"
FPS Report is downloaded in .xls format.
Users can also view the total figures for various payroll data submitted on an FPS.
